Sugar baby melon is the result of four years of development during which Procomel has invested time and resources to obtain a "dwarf" fruit but with all the flavour and texture of its bigger brothers.

There is no genetic manipulation but instead a laborious natural process of pollination/hybridisation using bees.

The development of the Sugar baby melon is also the result of our clients' desire to have a product of a smaller size that is tailored to consumption by all types of family units with a flavour guarantee.

The Sugar baby melon guarantees a very high Brix content and high consistency, with its "click" when eating it and fine palate making it unique.
